FAQs

Every house is unique, and every house cleaning fee is individually based. Things that will affect your house cleaning estimate include the size of your home, number of bathrooms, how often you want our maids to clean, etc. The standard price for regular cleaning starts at $80 - 100 dollars per hour - for two cleaners (together).
The first house cleaning visit usually costs more than subsequent visits. We will give you a 20% discount on your first visit. The price is predetermined in advance, as well as the services that will be performed for a price after the first free inspection of the house. As soon as the owner of the house wants services that were not agreed in advance, it is for an extra fee. Once this first visit has taken place, your home can easily be kept clean with our regular cleaning services. Regular cleaning of the house is charged a flat fee. You will receive an estimate in advance for both initial cleaning and regular house cleaning. After the initial cleaning, we will confirm the price for regular cleaning.
This is your option. You can give us a key that will be stored safely - always with protection. And after the cleaning is finished, we will simply contact you by phone.
We ordinarily guarantees a specific day for your house cleaning but not a specific time. Due to our flexible and ever-changing schedule, we are unable to commit to a specific time of day for our maids to arrive. However, if you contact us on the day of your maid service, we will be glad to estimate the time our maids will arrive. If you need a specific time guarantee, feel free to discuss this with your local office. Within reason, we will do our best to reach a mutually agreeable solution.
Simply call our office prior to your cleaning day. Most of our maid service offices require advance notification to reschedule your house cleaning.
We love animals, so it’s absolutelly okay to leave them in the house.
If you have any special valuables, heirlooms or irreplaceable items, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them. A closed door or drawer is your signal to us that you do not want our maids to clean that area. Maid Brigade carries all the necessary insurances in the event that any damage occurs.
You can pay by cash, check, or Zelle / Venmo. Payment is due at time of service. If you do not intend to be at home at the time of our cleaning service you may choose to either leave cash or a check, for example on the kitchen counter in the morning of your house cleaning.
